Due to the high volume of applications, we are currently unable to process any new applications. You are welcome to submit your application to have it placed on the waitlist. The DTS Team will provide updates about the waitlist timeline as we can. If you have questions about your application or the process, please EMAIL us since our staff is all remote.   • All Providers are local, independent businesses within the Boulder-Denver community, who specialize in high-quality & family-centered care.

  • If you are a family interested in obtaining funding from a movement-based provider who is not listed below, please fill out an application and have your provider Contact Us.

  • At this time, the DTS mission is committed to Pediatric Therapies and Services (your child must be between Birth - 21 years of age and legally a “dependent”). As we grow, we hope to expand to older adult children and will update this page as appropriate.
